The breakfast was fresh, the check in was easy. We got a room with a bath. Location: the hotel was close enough to many other walking distance restaurants, and the airport of San José.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in San Jose. The staff was amazing, taking great care of me after my surgery. They allowed me to check-in early, carried my belongings to my room, and even arranged for a min-fridge. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable beds and pillows. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and I had no issues streaming movies. The attached restaurant served delicious food, and they even made a special chicken sandwich for my sensitive stomach. The parking was easy, and the breakfast included typical Costa Rican fare. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, location, and helpful staff.

Our room was spacious equipped with comfy beds and hot shower, as for instance, felt right at home! The location in a safe area was marvellous and simple and there where a supermarket and a mall nearby. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

Our stay at Isla Verde Hotel was great value for money with a comfortable and well-equipped room. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and a park, and we felt safe. The staff treated us like valued guests, with special mention to Jorge and Dora who were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The only breakfast option that could be improved was the limited vegetarian and fish options, but the fresh fruit selection and buffet were good overall.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the rooms were of a good standard. I especially appreciated the double pane windows in odd places, as they provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was included and it was delicious, with a nice coffee to go. Additionally, the rooms had a great view, which was a lovely bonus.
